I watched the game in the pub. No chance of Adam being awarded the first. The second one was a terrific hit, even if he was lucky that the ball landed at his feet after a fresh air shot by another Stoke player.

 

Stoke's first win against United since they were promoted, and probably nowhere near the best they've played against them in all that time, although to their credit they kept the game scrappy and stopped United from enjoying much possession or building any momentum.

 

United got exactly what they deserved from that game. They created next to nothing and were feeble in all departments. They didn't look up for a battle at all in the wind and rain. In the old days if you managed to beat United your keeper would probably have to put in a MOTM performance. Begovic made one great save right at the end from a Rooney free kick but apart from that he had pretty much nothing to do all game.

Well Fulham held on to a 1-0 lead until last 10 minutes today and then 2 goals in as many minutes put Utd in the lead.Then, deep into injury time, Bent equalised:laugh:Great time to play Utd these days:yes:

 

I haven't laughed so much in a while as I did when Fulham equalised

 

Mike Phelan was spot on regarding Utds tactics

well its time Swansea got a win at Stoke and if they do that then Stoke will be back in the bottom three by the end of the month.

 

I do think Stoke at home will be too strong for Swansea and you never know what they will do at home to Arsenal after beating Chelsea and Man Utd,having said that all their fans creaming themselves over beating Man Utd,lets be honest looking at their league record this season they aren't anything special are they.
