Reading between the lines and making assumptions I would suggest that mr wildes initiated several 'projects' which may not be as beneficial as they appear and are problematic. Contracts and shirts are two possibilities, there may be others, which smurf has had to deal with, contracts are not easily broken or altered without some loss by the dissatisfied party, unless they are breached of course, even breached contracts can be time consuming and costly.

I think possibly he did put some things into practice and thats what smurf is trying to sort out.. didnt he put the shirts into practice?

 

Exactly great ideas man but most of his ideas (development squad aside) when put into practice have seemingly been a burden for the club, therefore not great including those rediculously delayed shirts.

Ive just listened to the full interview... thats the best interview I have heard smurf give... simple answers with no hype of sweety jars... if he can keep them like that and keep them to a minimum he will do a lot better as a chairman... simply because he will have more time to do it in.

 

Its no good moaning about what you havent got, you have to adapt and utilise what you have got to your best advantage until you can get what you want... is advice I was given many years ago.

Bit controversial this but,way back when us shareholders were trying to oust Bratt and co one of the directors resigned ( carnt think of his name) but I believe there was a lot of respect for him and he hated Bratt,his knowledge of running the club could come in handy ... TIN HAT ON me thinks : :(
