Like all of us, MA has his faults and I think you can only fairly judge anyone at the end of a period. He has achieved what we all would have hoped for but could scarcely have prayed for at the beginning of the season. He has made mistakes but has also held his hand up, which is pretty unusual in this day and age. Thanks Micky, you've done a great job!

 

I think also thanks are due to our new owners who stuck by MA when things went badly, and supported him with the players he needed at the right time.

 

Blimey, after the way this season started out, we really do have a lot to be thankful for! UTV!

Seeing him and the rest of the management with there families in the India Cottage on Saturday night was amazing.Loads or Vale singing inside and outside and the smile on Mickeys face.What a day.What a day.

That was great.It was very emotional when Mickys lad said how proud he was of his dad and how hard his dad had worked.Very touching moment and bought a lump to my throat.

Agreed Melv. At times I've been critical of Micky's tactics but you can never question his passion. WELL DONE MICKY
