Erm, why would he want to join L2 Port Vale?  He'll be aiming for the Championship.

    A player can refuse to go.

    But (and I know you were joking) just the idea of signing a player about to practically get a side in the promotion hunt to the Championship is pretty laughable. We're not Wrexham. If only though, perhaps we'd have spent better to stay up.

    I would say part of that is because let’s face it, no league 1 clubs would be in for him and we are a league 2 promotion favourite. Always a bit of an issue, all the best of players who nobody in league 1 wants will swarm to Vale.

    Ones things for certain, if he doesn't shoot he won't score goals.

    I have no problem at all if Garrity stays,we all know what he can do if he can stay fit

    The one player I have changed my mind about though from my OP is C.Hall,I would love to see him get another deal,he has shown to me what Vale should be all about

    His only one imo but totally agree,I thought he was very good on Tuesday but he hasn't shown enough at all for me
