^^Spot on. Yesterday it was out lack of control in central midfield that let us down badly and it's been the same on and off all season. If you don't have creative midfielders, you don't create enough good chances. If you don't have midfielders who can control possession of the ball, you give it away too easily and put your defence under too much pressure. If Garrity and or Byers were on yesterday we win that game. We need good midfielders who can stay fit. Brady had us creating proper chances despite our awful midfield yesterday and the team were fighting for the badge, more than I saw under Moore for the last 4 month. Walters isn't the answer yet either, doesn't drive us forward or doesn't dictate play.

Would agree with this no assists & no goals.  I would definitely have him as anchor in a relay team  though.

From what I’ve heard and seen from Brady so far he seems competent, passionate and organised his team excellently. There’s a big difference between having to make little tweaks here and there to a squad that is universally well below the expected standard, and working with your own players brought in to do a specific job and bring his vision into reality. At the moment he’s working with what he has, he won’t have a lot of that constraint in the summer. If we go down, and he’s backed like Moore was, we’ll come back up in 1-2 seasons with him in charge.

We could have Pep in charge, but that won’t make slow players quick or injured players heal. Even elite coaching can’t make a totally <ovf censored> player decent on a consistent basis. Got to be realistic. Brady is sorting out a mess that has set us back massively and you can’t expect that turned around in a few months.

Everyone seems to be forgetting that George Hall isnt a winger - or a wing back - hes an attacking box to box midfielder - check his profile on Wikipedia if you need to - we keep playing him as a wide player because we dont have anyone else to cover that position but its hardly surprising that his crossing isnt brilliant because thats not his best position… I dont know how we get the best out of him in our current squad though, but thats his best position!!

He’s not sorting anything out. His in game management is practically non-existent.

Let’s get this right, we were over run, yet again, by a team that is also fighting relegation. That’s not good at all.

Where do Vale fan’s also have to go over top by saying dumb <ovf censored> like Pep wouldn’t get a tune out of this lot so what do you expect or Haaland wouldn’t score in this side. 
 

One thing is for absolute sure is that after only 7 games in charge, Brady’s already started to split the fan base. Some going on that. It’s been many a year since I last saw that so early which is already a bad look for trying to sell season tickets next season.

I will give any body a bet on here that whilst Brady is in charge, we will not get promoted with him in charge 

I wasn’t the biggest fan of Brady at the beginning because I think he made a few bad decisions about starting lineups and should have made subs sooner - then I remembered Rudgie keeping Koordes on the pitch way longer than he should have and forgave him……he’ll get it right soon once the right players are there!! 

Thought the stewarding in the away end was pathetic. Do they just wave pyros through?

And what position  is that exactly?  I personally think right wing running at or inside the fullback is his best position.  He just needs to improve his final ball.  To be fair he did this a couple of times yesterday.  No doubt he has loads of skill & speed but needs to improve the end product.

Side issue I know but watching Sheff W and Ndala is brilliant. Vale sold him to Man C and they've loaned him on. Why were we not in for him on loan?
