This one is on Darren, absolutely diabolical subs again. Hall goes off injured and the defence falls apart. Jesse went on and was trying to ask Moore what side he wanted him to play on. Moore has his back to him and completely ignored him. the defenders were all over the place with none of them knowing where to play😬 2nd half he brings off Waine who was at least harrassing their defenders and helping keeping them pegged back. Curtis comes on and is wandering all over the place, had he had any instructions as to where to play? Then Moore's final and most catastrophic sub. Brings on Faal for Mitch and puts George Hall to full back. George was the only player who was going past their players and putting crosses in. Who was going to supply Cole and Faal if George Hall was playing full back. He could have put Lomax on for Mitch and Kept George further forward. As it was George was left isolated at right back which led to their goal. Absolutey amateurish decisions by our manager and i am fuming at the naivity of a manager who is stealing a wage at this club. 

He has to go NOW.

There isn't a single positive to take right now for Moore to cling to. We are garbage. In his interview afterwards he was saying how well matched we were and could have easily won. He's deluded. We got into lots of good positions but never actually looked like scoring, Peterborough, however, could have been out of sight if they could finish.

There surely isn't a single team in professional football that could be rock bottom, cut adrift, breaking records for lack of goals playing turgid football and lost the fans but still have a manager that is in a safe seat.

I really feel for George Hall, he is head and shoulders above everyone for his work rate, skill, creativity and direct approach. And you can see how pissed off he gets when he's trying to get things going quickly but nobody is willing to go with him. I've said before, it's particularly evident when he tries to take a quick throw while we've got them retreating but everyone stands still and waits for Debra to slowly plod over and gently throw it to the edge of the area.

God knows what formation we ended up with but it was definitely to the detriment of the team. We just look lost and nobody has any idea what's going on. Also, at the end there were a few occasions when Hall was scrapping a bit with their winger, nobody backed him up. Croasdale trotted over but nobody looked like they actually cared.

But none of us have run a football club. Or really now what goes on behind the scenes. Or how to manage or coach in the modern football world.
Ive played football for 30 odd years and watched football including The Vale for many years. But professional football and professional footballers are different.
I agree with you about Moore - and have not liked his football since he first started. When we last went down the way he set up the team and changed players was awful. No style or plan.
I didn't enjoy last year. Boring and functional even though we got promoted.
I have a season ticket but have been to one game this year. I can leave my house and be sitting in the ground in twenty minutes but the football is so dull I'd prefer to stay at home and watch Sky.
But this is all on the manager. Carol should have replaced him - but hasn't. She is not in charge of tactics etc - and there would be hell up if people thought she was involved with the football.
As I've said before shooting at her is shooting at the wrong target. 

But ultimately, she has the say as to whether Moore is employed does she not? Football experience or not, anyone with half a brain would have got rid of Moore weeks ago. I'm sorry, but she's equally culpable here.

Now like I have said before, I refuse to go this season under Moore and won’t go until he’s gone, but for all those who do, fantastic season ticket sales, great average crowds, may I say to the hierarchy that the fans deserve a lot better and maybe you should start listening to them because that home record is not only unacceptable, it’s appalling and in my opinion makes the managers job totally untenable.

What will happen if Carol doesn’t pull the plug in the next day or so, is that she will be subject to the same abuse she got two years ago and whilst that’s unacceptable, it’s inevitable because I dare say fans are wondering why lessons have simply not been learned.
 

One thing I forgot to add, for our data obsessed owners, is that’s 6 fist bumps out of a possible 54.

But only on that point. I would of got rid of him months ago.

But my main point was that none of us on here now how to run a Football Club.

Ill say it . I want her gone. Turgid football year after year and she hasnt got a clue how to run a football club. Its a vanity project yes she saved us. But i dont enjoy watching my football team play football and i havent for pretty much 4 years.... mistakes after mistakes and her nepo baby paddy what qualifies him to have any say on how to run a football club.

Most managers at most clubs are unsuccessful. It is hard to get a successful one.

As I said earlier I don't like Moore as a manager and have not since he started. Crosby did better with worse players. At the very least - whether you liked or not there was a plan.

I am seriously done with this club. Carol has drained the life out of OUR club. Bad decision after bad. Then has the audacity to tell us that WE are wrong in that unforgivable letter. That was a belter! 
 
No planning year after year. Just leave it and hope things sort themselves out is her idea of planning. 
 
Over the last few years attendances have increased along with cup runs and TV money where is all the money going? Tolaj, Dipiepa sales, where is all the money going? She can’t even find the money to open the Lorne Street concourse but will put the seats in for the Robbie concert. 
 
To leave the manager in charge with the worst win per centage ratio in league one is dam right embarrassing and shows she DOES not care about the footballing side or the fans as NO ONE wants Darren Moore in charge of OUR club. She employs a CEO who’s experience of football knowledge is running a pub team in Newcastle. 
 
I’m done with this now. My friends and family who attend will not be back next season. YOU’VE created this mess Carol now do the decent thing. IF YOU CANT SORT IT, THEN SELL UP AND LET SOMEONE ELSE SORT IT.
