What happened after Darren improved us with his tactical wizardry? And we all know that when the opposition score we don’t win.  It was all so inevitable.

When you start to write it down and actually look at it it’s crazy!!! No sane person can defend what’s happening anymore. 

As others have said though what worries me more is I’m actually not arsed. That’s how disconnected a lot of fans are now. I described us as “meh” last season and nothing has changed. 

Very dangerous game to play, once fans stop going they very rarely come back.

So how can he get away with it?

Answer: our benighted owners - for all their well-deserved success off the pitch - know nowt about football. They don’t understand football strategy, team selection, organisation, tactics, player motivation or game management. Coupled with a near sentimental attachment to their managers, they lack the ruthless streak to intervene decisively when circumstances demand.

Harsh? Perhaps, yet imho this is precisely why we’re in such dire straits.

It’s not just Moore, it’s the whole footballing dimension of the club - the elephant in the room that needs to be addressed above all else. Until it is, this cyclical decline will continue to play out. And no amount of off pitch success will do anything other than put the cart before horse.

All 4 but if I had to pick one I would go for Peterborough's finishing as they should have been 3-0 up at half-time.

It is genuinely very clear that we are run by people who, if you had a chat with them, would quickly expose themselves as folk who like football but don’t know loads about it.

Clark,Humphreys,Gabriel,Gordon,Headley,Byers,John....previous bad injuries/regularly miss games

Croasdale,Shipley,Walters in and out(Walters one injury)

Curtis,G Hall in and out/out of position

Brown,Faal...poor loans

Stockley(injured) in and out

Garrity,out injured

Cole,now out of form and no one wanted him

Paton,not good enough

Waine...a strange one

Loaned out...Hart(tripe),Plant,Shorrock,Richards(a strange one)

That leaves Hall,Debrah and Heneghan...Hall has been poor but the only left footer. Jesse makes too many mistakes. Heneghan? A lesser Jon McCombe.

Gel the squad together and it's not relegation fodder. However 3 CBs has made the team lazy,piddling about at the back,so switch to 442 and the team can't play 90 mins.

And it's all down to the owners and Moore

I’m past blaming Moore at this stage. He’s rightly waiting for his payoff as he has a right to do, and at 91 other clubs he would have received it weeks ago.

He isn’t up to it and things are so far gone he has now been marginalised by his own assistant and players, and has to face a crowd who gave up on him a month ago.

It’s that bad I wouldn’t find it hard to believe he’s trying to hasten his payday by doing obviously stupid stuff so he can jet off to the Maldives. He can’t want to carry on? It’s miserable. He must be waiting for the meeting and I doubt he’ll be upset when it comes.

This is all on the board, and will be a stain on their record.

That’s what Flitcroft said when he met them, the rest is history. 

I am seriously done with this club. Carol has drained the life out of OUR club. Bad decision after bad. Then has the audacity to tell us that WE are wrong in that unforgivable letter. That was a belter! 
 

No planning year after year. Just leave it and hope things sort themselves out is her idea of planning. 
 

Over the last few years attendances have increased along with cup runs and TV money where is all the money going? Tolaj, Dipiepa sales, where is all the money going? She can’t even find the money to open the Lorne Street concourse but will put the seats in for the Robbie concert. 
 

To leave the manager in charge with the worst win per centage ratio in league one is dam right embarrassing and shows she DOES not care about the footballing side or the fans as NO ONE wants Darren Moore in charge of OUR club. She employs a CEO who’s experience of football knowledge is running a pub team in Newcastle. 
 

I’m done with this now. My friends and family who attend will not be back next season. YOU’VE created this mess Carol now do the decent thing. IF YOU CANT SORT IT, THEN SELL UP AND LET SOMEONE ELSE SORT IT. 
 

150 years. 15 points and 13 goals. Let that sink in. A season to rember!

He just seems like a figurehead! In his interview he sounded deluded and that he couldn't teally give a toss!

I think fans on here, some of whom have watched thousands of live games at the 3rd/4th tier level + all the games they watch at home, understand it better than them. Genuinely.

I have no doubt my 92 year old Grandad who has been going since the late 40s understands football better and would have sacked Moore weeks ago.

And still I wait. Pretty incredible really, I've been to nearly half of the league games (haven't managed to make a cup game) and still not seen us score a goal. Don't worry though, I'm not going to Huddersfield or Bradford.

I have a feeling they won’t sack him out of pure stubbornness and a refusal to concede they should have listened to the fans, so soon after ignoring us and getting it wrong. It’s ego-protection at this point at the expense of PVFC.
