Not necessarily as this explains that once a deal sheet arrives with the EFL the clubs still have an additional 2 hours or in this case 9pm to submit all the required paperwork.

Forget stats.  Going with what you see with your own eyes on a regular basis, Clarke is a decent defender, a player who does genuinely give 100%, has good skill and reasonable pace, which gets you up the pitch, can head a ball and has a decent throw.  Final ball is an issue but there’s more good than bad in this list.  He’s a top player at League 2 level in my opinion.

Disagree with that. Good player, no worse than our other options and always gave his all. No idea why he’s been pushed out, that makes 4 good first team players gone this window 

Also there are still 4 more hours to move Paton onto a Scots club. Which I feel would be a mistake. Just my opinion though

Well he will certainly be cheap and at 30 has a track record to suggest he won’t be capable of saving the season. 

Brady wants a team that play for the badge and Mitch always gave me that impression. Quite annoyed about this, in my view this makes no sense at all as he would be an asset in league 2 next season! Great signing for Fleetwood, hope Clark smashes it.
