Strategic relegation.

Said it a few times I think Carol is happier with us in league 2. Don’t have to spend anywhere near as much money and crowds will remain decent.

That’s not actually true, although showing a little effort  does help.

We’ve got a game tomorrow.  It could just be Crazy Jalfrezi…. in the Fanzone 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s something they do end of every transfer window. Usually it’s a bunch of foundation stuff which really riles people up before the signing is announced. Probably be done 1945 or 2000.

I don't mind the loans. Or the free transfer. I mind the fact we've pulled in 6 figs from outgoings and haven't even made a statement of intent with a permanent signing.

I even defended the bringing in of a player on a free agent whos had kick abouts in 7th tier.

This is what they give?

What happened to the plans Matt? Thought the club planned for players leaving, could cope with some eventuality like a change in manager.

Everything done since points to the opposite.

Absolutely disgraceful, shambolic running of the club.

Learned from mistakes my ar$e

I was angry and frustrated in November, Brady appointment confirmed it.

Now I just accept it because it is the best thing the club can do right now from a business perspective.

I’m sure they’ll tell us at the end of the season we were unlucky as our xG was good and they’ve learned from their mistakes.

They can do what they like, I’m finished checking now.  Crazy Jalfrezi it is… maybe preceded by a few Plum Porters.  I need 2 more stamps for my free t-shirt.👍🏻

Indeed and even if we are heading to league 2, there are plenty of current league 2 stars that could easily have been bought with an eye for next season. Remember, 2 players who played all year in league 2 got signed up by Plymouth and are laughing in league 1. There are going to be other guys in league 2 who’d love a chance in league 1 and a chance of survival.

I can assure Carol that from a business perspective it will be dreadful as I won’t be spending much to cheer on our downfall. I am fairly sure a few thousand season ticket holders will do the same.

Good point, however it's just that some of those left who play in similar positions I am not sure if they will put the same amount of effort in, nor am I convinced they are better players.
Having said all that, I still think we have a decent chance of staying up

Looks like an 8pm announcement.
