Very happy with that.  Midfield sound, we're offering a threat.  Wait for the first foul on Clarke second half - they will identify him as a threat and try to clatter him.  This ref needs to grow a pair and get his cards out - how that wasn't a booking for the assault on Croasdale I'll never know.  Just keep going Vale, this is pleasing to watch.

I think irrespective of the result tonight, that half has shown we can be competitive in this League. They’ll be up there at the end of the season, without doubt. The No 10, 11 and big striker all look better than this level, Wintle started well but we pressed him. I also think there’s a mistake in either goalie tonight.
