Nathan Lowe is 6 ft 4 ins at just 19 years old, so I'm not sure what you are saying counts as "big"?

And he looks as fast as he needs to be, at least on his highlights clips.

However, I think it highly unlikely that the SCFC hierarchy would lend him across the city.

Didn’t realise he was 6.4 to be honest. Much bigger than I thought

Take footballer heights with a pinch of salt. Players exaggerate, pundits/journalists guess, websites make it up, young players grow taller but their height as a teenager remains on databases.

I mean take attendances, Vale Park it's how many are... well in attendance. Down the road they do tickets sold + season ticket holders

He could be 10ft 2" then. 😂👍

It's 2025, not the 90s.

We absolutely need a recruitment person to focus on that and work with DM.

DM is still a manager who gets final say -- he's not head coach being told to make do with whatever disaster crap DF comes up with.

We need a good recruitment person agreed. Because a crap one like Flitcroft’s DOF efforts leads to crap recruitment.

David Flitcroft being a moron should not put us off from the idea of a Director of Football/Head of Recruitment.

We happened to employ a chancer with no experience with the role and no real grasp of the fundamentals of what made a club successful There's other good folk out there who can do a much better job and it would be daft to write talented people off because an untalented bloke attempted a similar job.

It'd be akin to not wanting Tolaj because Ryan Loft wasn't good.

To me Director of Football and Head of Recruitment are two different roles. Darren Moore is the DoF at PVFC, as long as the Head of Recruitment reports to Darren Moore and brings in the players DM wants then it seems logical to me.

Darren Moore can't do everything football wise, he needs some help.

Show me my quote. I asked the question if he has been signed as an upgrade or competition for Debrah. I am happy to be proven wrong but prove it.

Mitch has got competition from John so can’t see the point so much in strengthening our RWB now Mitch has resigned who can also play as LWB. Perhaps Gabriel has been signed  as a LWB or RWB but I still think there is a strong chance he has been signed to compete with either Debrah or Hall and will be played as a RCB or LCB.

you asking if he has been signed as an upgrade on debrah is you saying  that you think he is an upgrade on debrah and no amount of gaslighting will change that. Gabriel has never played as a centre back but im betting you have been hammering the crap out of google search trying to prove he has 😂 All this started with me asking you how a rwb is an upgrade on a centre back and despite more squirming than mr wiggle from wiggle town you still haven't managed to come up with a coherent answer. I'm over it mate think what you like lifes too short.

How many do we employ on Recruitment? A lot more player analysis done now which would overlap in some respects with match preparations. Match videos by the 100s. Scouts galore as previously. Player databases and analysis. Needs someone to organise it, and will depend on the size and status of the club, and whatever job title is used.  Similar  with contract negotiations.

For me it's pretty clear he's been brought in to play right wingback. However

"Gary Brazil (former head of Nottingham Forest’s academy) always thought of him as a right-wing back because of his pace and agility. But I have also seen him play right side of a back three for Blackpool in the Championship." Phil Sproson his agent.

According to Sproson in the same article he's six foot and good in the air.

I think Kyle John and Mitch Clark are more likely competition for Debrah at right centrehalf. Gabriel's a pretty high profile signing against quite a lot of competition.  I can't see him signing for us in what isn't his preferred position.

Are you deliberately being stupid? You’ve just started your statement by saying that I asked if he has been signed as an upgrade to Debrah and the turn that in to that I think this to be the case. I’ve never said he has played as a CB but stated he might have been signed as a RCB for which he has played at. You claim him to be a RWB and he may well play in that position but that is not where he has been playing previously. You are best being over it because you are making yourself sound stupid.

Do we really need a recruitment chief? Last one was a disaster, why can’t dm do it?

Presumably, DM thinks he needs him here?
