Uche brings defenders out of position and causes problems with his size, but can miss simple shots just like Loft does.

Loft, not a natural goal scorer for us, but does ping in crosses and does a lot of off ball stuff that Uche seems to not do.

If there was another striker for Vale, they would probably be a head of them both.

Dipepa a better forward than the both of them  but he's still learning his trade 👍

God I hope the TV cameras come nowhere near us this season, and definitely not on the last day. I can't remember when we performed well when our game was televised - maybe 0 - 1 away win at MK Dons at a push? But even that was dull.

Playoff final against Mansfield and the second leg against Swindon. Your point does stand generally though.

Wonder if with Burton desperation kicks in and they sack Paterson? The Stoke <ovf censored> has done more for us this season than he did as a player and don’t think they’ll turn things around with him.

So we improving at one end .

Need sharpen up up front be clinical.and score some goals if we do we will take it till last game .

Peterborough is massive biggest game since Chesterfield in terms of what league we be in .

Of course, I forgot those games were televised.  We aren't great on the telly though. Interesting re Paterson - with Carlisle now gone, Burton might feel it's worth hanging on to the end of the season and hope for miracles - what manager would come in with 4 games to go to get a tune out of that team? Could go horribly wrong. Mind you, if a new manager was incentivised with a massive "keep us up and we'll give you a huge bonus" arrangement, it might work. But losing 0 - 4 at home today is very damaging for Burton - thankfully.  And much as I would love Darrell to keep Cheltenham up, it mustn't be at our expense. I'm hoping that with nothing to play for, Carlisle will play with a new found freedom, and take points off Cheltenham.

4 clean sheets in 6 and picking up points regularly. We’re miles better than we were, especially at the back where today we had two young lads on the flanks and Tom Sang at centre half (who played well!). Moore has overseen quite an impressive turnaround.

Cheltenham and Burton are in diabolical form.

Keep it within 3 points of Cheltenham going into the last three and, considering their awful run-in, we’ll be bang in it.

Everything went for us today, Cambridge losing, Cheltenham losing by 2, Burton by 4, but we failed to capitalise.

Vale drag out the anxiety for another week, Exeter is now must win if we don't get anything out of the game in hand on Wednesday.

Haven't been Reading or Bolton yet but I basically have after going today. Soul-less lego ground on a retail park out of town.
