There’s no loyalty in football from clubs, players, managers etc. I wouldn’t blame him if he moved if a good offer comes in for him. He’ll know full well that there would be no loyalty towards him from the club if the shoe was on the other foot and it was them that wanted him out.

There's very often loyalty in football! One-club players still exist!

Great result yesterday, one of the things which has been mentioned but is a real shift from previously is the no-nonsense defending. So many times there were situations where a ball forward was played through by BR, an attacker would be chasing and we hoofed it off the side to safety.

Before they would let it bounce, try to get it under control and play it out, or make a risky back pass to the keeper. We conceded so many stupid goals of our own making like that (both by inviting pressure and the defenders always looked in 2 minds as to what to do). Now it seems they've changed to a simple 'if in doubt' mentality and looked solid doing it for the first time. Just hope we can keep it up!

There also seems a tactic to “kick for touch” to use a rugby phrase. Noticed it laws couple of games. Rather than just clear up the pitch it looks like clear lines and get it out. Suppose it gives more time to reset and get up the pitch.

Reading this forum some posters need to give their heads a wobble....

Amazing what getting rid of DoF, doing the basics defending and playing %'s balls can do for confidence. Loft leading from the front again defending with a brilliant workrate really has set the tone in the past 2 games and Planty is the difference maker to the team on left. I felt that was the best performance since Wigan. We dominated the opposition in every department.

Players finally listening to Darren Moore and his coaches.

3 cleansheets in 4 games and creating chances... long may it continue

Big day Monday.

Have you ever met him?

I never met Flitcroft but I knew he was an arrogant smarmy <ovf censored>.

Youre welcome.

These lads have let us down this season big time. If that’s cause they ain’t good enough or they haven’t wanted to play for certain people only they know but the last two games have given us a bit of hope and, for me, a bit of pride. What will be will be now and the end of the season is the time to analyse it thoroughly but if the lads are going to play like that for the remaining games then they deserve our full backing. Who knows they may just about get us over the line with that level of effort. UTV!!!!

Exactly PV as was sadly demonstrated by the treatment of Tom Pope.

Lovely footwork, body movement and finish by Dipepa for his goal yesterday, particularly for someone his size.  Given steady improvement over the next 5 years imagine trying to play against a player with such trickery, skill and power.

No doubt Dipepa will take the right opportunity when it comes along and Vale will get a big chunk of cash, I'm thinking a fee in the millions, plural.

Some might say that sunshine follows thunder
Go and tell it to the man who cannot shine
Some might say that we should never ponder
On our thoughts today 'cause they hold sway over time
Some might say we will find a brighter day
Some might say we will find a brighter day
