Both Ojo & Crosby came out and said something along the line's of educating the Vale fans with the possession football that thy were playing.

Reading through these posts I'm reminded of my dealings over the years with successfull self-made business men and women and how they react to set-backs and criticism.

In many cases when they got into trouble, it was because they were out of their comfort zone and so what made them successful in their core business didn't work any more.

That's what's going on here. Carol et al. have previously been very successful with Synetics and rightly rewarded and praised for that but their involvement with the Vale obviously isn't going how either they or us expected or wanted. They are not used to failure and so their reaction to our justified frustration and criticism is not positive. They also don't recognise that fans are more than customers, that we are informed and knowledgeable stakeholders in the enterprise and will still be here when they have moved on, - if there still is a club to support...

So, somehow or other, we need them to accept that our criticism and also our advice as to how to recover is given with positive intentions, is on average accurate and useful, and should therefore be listened to and acted on. ASAP...

Yep. This.

Was after fans were getting frustrated when we'd be a good position to cross the ball, but we'd turn back and play it back to the keeper instead.

What Carol needs to understand is that the club is nothing without fans.

Yesterday the players kicked off to a tune I have never heard before. Who decided that? We always sing The Wonder of You to get the crowd going at kick off. Darren Moore urged us to nudge the fan next to us and get them singing. To what? It's always the fans fault it seems.

We scored a goal and usually sing Glad all over. It wasn't played. Why? Is that the fans fault too?

Carol is alienating herself with her actions and words. The fans are backing the players. We pay our money and dedicate our time each matchday. The team have lost 23 out of 41 home games since we got promoted.

Carol...get your head from up your ar*e. Get rid of Fraudcroft. Apologise for overseeing/allowing the transfer windows with no strikers signed.

As long as Fraudcroft is at the club,I will not buy an ST. Lots feel the same

The fact the meeting was needed was because the Fans are so ******* fed up.

Yesterday just made things worse.

She needs to have a Public Forum with Genuine Fans not some happy clappers from North London etc.

She thinks these players are Phenomenal Remember !

The word phenomenal should be reserved for Vale supporters who go to Orient on Tuesday. 

Now that is phenomenal 👏. Hats off to all of those who go.

Could not agree more what was that all about ?

I was looking forward to belting out the Wonder of You and another moan if they want to build the atmosphere read out the away team quickly and then do the Vale team.

This handshaking baloney before the game needs sacking off, that kills the atmosphere saying that the Vale do a great job of buggering the atmosphere up without any help from anyone.
