While I'm not resigned to accepting that we'll be relegated, if we are, I considered a few weeks ago, that if we are, that only Flitcrofts lack of ability should prevent us from bouncing back with a promotion, given the sides that would be in there next season 

If we were to have real investment to buy proper players, then surely there would be little room for excuses, but it depends on if you DF keeping his nose out and letting DM get on with the job.

I would love to think that auntie Carol realises that the only gripes from level headed supporters are our the worries about our DOF and not directed in any other way towards her ownership. 

Having said that, anyone this side of sane would not touch a football club in a million years. Furthermore, anyone sane with 180 million spunky spondulas should be off rocking a fat one all over the globe.

Hope she stays, and the club can become self sufficient - for me, what right have us supporters to expect the shanahans to keep bankrolling PV bottomless pit FC forever.

Apparently there are in the region of 11 or 12 "Free Agent" strikers camped outside the Vale main entrance waiting for the chance to sign on the dotted line first thing tomorrow.

Let's hope the 180million deal didn't come with a 'ground included' clause

No doubt some Vale Fans will now be telling Carol how to spend £180m of her own money.

 

If I was her I'd run away into the sunset as fast as possible before she gets vilified anymore by the not so intelligent fanbase

So Carol is coming into 180 million and “el presidente” is raking in 22k a day from his Netflix series.

Those numbers are all well and good for the football club BUT if you make silly decisions and still stick by them, on the footballing side, you can have all the money in the world and still not progress. 
Look at those down the road.
