Backroom staff

Darren Moore has been here eight days. People have mentioned Carlo Nash going and have photographed Moore's former colleagues at the club. But nothing has been officially announced.

The club's official website says David Dunn and Carlo Nash are still at the club, with no mention of any new names (Moore included).

What's going on? It's just weird not to update the website with stuff like this.

Lee Bradbury and Jamie Smith are in currently aren't they? Maybe just helping out or short term, or contract negotiations are ongoing?

Anybody who was watching Ripley put through his paces at Cheltenham by the coach with the sweet left foot might be surprised to hear it was Gary Walsh the former Man Utd keeper from the late 80s.

Very strange not to announce anything, I did see confirmation on Vales twitter confirming Dunn had left but not seen anything of Nash. Also heard the new backroom staff are on a monthly rolling contract which is odd if its true

I do think social media comes ahead of the Vale website for the club.

We've apparently still got David Dunn and Carlo Nash as coaches according to the official site.

what is the point of our "media" team. you would have thought they would have articles on the new staff, their posts and responsibilities. how can we judge the effectiveness of the reshuffle if we dont know their duties? 😃

They're too busy coming up with fluffy questions for the director of football to answer.

You can judge the effectiveness between 3.00pm and approx 5.00 pm on Saturday.

To be fair if I was Vale I wouldn't announce anything either because all's that happens when they do is people moan and take the piss.

 

Why bother
