So is bothering somehow acting like we have good forwards? Loft and Ikpeazu are strikers that don't score goals, and Wilson is someone who, even when actually fit and available, needs to be replaced generally after 60 minutes.

I meant that I wonder why you bother supporting the team if they are that bad in your view.

On the contrary, I've said a number of times I think we have had a potential good starting 11 throughout this season. But I think Crosby has buggered that up a lot of the time with his formations, tactics and team selections.

Valiiant - can you just have a check "downstairs" - I think you may be wearing your "Mr Grumpy" pants today 😍😍😍😍

Sign Gore, another striker and beat Wycombe on Saturday and I'll be happy as Larry and buy everybody a Kinder Egg.

So all I want to know? Is who would you have instead and can you afford them?

Well that's not my job is it? That's down to Flitcroft and Crosby. If Carol wants to pay me I'll happy work some magic in the transfer market for the good of the club.

Damn it 🙃 - crazy rules

I might have to switch allegiance to the Miserable Basket Club - they have loads of sweeties 😮😮😮

Now Crosby has said Dan Jones is back available for selection will see how he lines up as it’s as close as can get to a full compliment of defenders now. Think whatever is decided it then needs to be picked consistently and not swap people around constantly.

Exeter have an inspection tomorrow at 2pm despite it being forecast 8c on Saturday, EFL have advised them to do it Friday due to travelling being done by Cambridge.
That's an incredible stretch to suggest that the EFL have that kind of foresight

Time to launch our 'Akinfenwa' at them and they can find out what it feels like.

Up and at 'em Uche and let's support the Big Man and batter them.

Uche was the integral part that saw us moving away from tippy tappy pass across the back and back to the keeper. Repeat only lose possession and give away yet another goal ... boring and depressing football.

Instead it looks like he is on his way to form a 'smash and grab' front two at Charlton with Alfie May.

No doubt a new signing will be made but personally I am gutted. I was hoping we would have signed the nippy striker to work with Uche to make our own 'smash and grab' combination and retain that new style entertaining football.

If Uche doesn’t leave tomorrow will he be in the right frame of mind to play on Saturday? Is Wycombe’s interest a ruse to disrupt his mindset and that of the rest of the squad ahead of this fixture (even though Charlton might be favourites to sign him).  Whatever the situation, with Alfie leaving and two new/relatively new players coming intoo this game will certainly be a test of the character and togetherness of the squad and AC’s ability to galvanise them to get a positive result. We’ll certainly learn a lot about our players and management team this weekend.
