In fairness, Wilson, despite being a professional footballer for many years now, is blowing out of his arse after 60 minutes and has to be taken off.

Chislett, Ikpeazu and Wilson are all the same. They literally cannot last past 60 mins and go missing.

I know ppl have been praising Ben, but don’t you think our upturn in form is obviously a team effort but from an individual point of view, it’s coincided with Chizzy’s performances

No, the return of James Wilson. He’s class and making room for the likes of Chizzy

Never seen such a predictable game in all my life.  Does AC watch the game with his eyes closed? There's no bottle to this side at all, give them a hard time with a few rough  challenges and we crumble we have been far to attentive to the fact we can't score, but we literally have so many individual costly moreover unforgiving mistakes that go punished week after week.

I asked this question earlier on in the season on here but I'm poised to ask again - do our coaching staff genuinely watch any of these games back? We have to do something to cut these just pure sh** errors out or we'll be in serious trouble.

The Blackpool game was a fantastic win, no doubt about that but its apparent there is serious problems at this club and you cannot just rely on young players to get you out of the sh**. Even if they did play well at home.

They have won only 3 games this season and good old charitable Port Vale fancy to give again Christmas has been and gone f**** poor that.

Let's calm down eh.

Charlton next.  8 without a win. Easy 3 points 🤣

Port vale benevolent society.

Turns out a 17 year old centre half playing wingback and a 16 year old who couldn’t get a game in the national league north playing the 2 most important positions in our formation isnt the answer.

I feel for the 2 lads as I think they have were hung out to dry today, whether to prove a point or out of desperation I dont know… I hope it hasn’t dented their confidence.

Not the best example of managing young talent… throw whatever the hell is happening with Walters into that and we are not coving ourselves in glory in that department.

He’s not a manager… sadly, because I like the bloke, Crosby out.

Just a lot of folk wheeling away over their own past opinions, OVF.

Win a game - the folks who like Crosby spend their night wheeling away saying how great and rational they are, and one lad quotes every single anti-Crosby post he can find and machine guns his way through them.

Lose a game - the folk who want Crosby gone spend their night wheeling away saying how great and rational they are.

Dunno. See you Saturday.

James has been like that for some time, he needs to be protected. But the 60 mins he gives us, is a far better standard than others give for a couple of games.

Except that Chislett and Ikpeazu did last the game and played well.

Oh, well. It was expected so I don't know why I'm surprised at all really. We gift poor teams on bad runs points every season and nothing changes. And my apologies to the Howjy poster for my reply earlier which wasn't necessary.

I've backed Crosby & still think ultimately we will be okay, but that was terrible today. Threw 3 points away. Really really poor start to the year. As somebody has already mentioned. That last 10 minute collapse has taken us from comfortable mid table to back in the bottom half mixer.

Managed to find a way to get in the lead. 15 mins to play against bottom of the league, lacking in confidence. Just needed sensible heads & instead we got headless chicken's.

I wouldn't have started the young lads after Blackpool. They looked dead on their feet after Friday. It was asking a lot for them to perform again today.

I do think Crosby is showing DF our lack of squad depth. 16 & 18 year olds playing wing backs & then having to bring another 18 year old on up top to replace Wilson. You can't get away with that at this level on a consistent basis. Big January ahead.

I had concerns at the start. Too many young players introduced at the same time away from home. Of course he has to change it at half time.

But it's Crosby's very poor second half management yet again. What is the matter with him. The answer is to go and try and get the winner not put 10 men on the line and hope the bottom team in the league don't score.

Wow!

Didn't expect this from Iron Curtain - usually a reservoir of positivity and long-termism!

If you've turned, then a lot of fans must have. You're genuinely the last person I'd expect to see call for Crosby to be sacked.

Why bring on Balmer for Garrity surely just bring on Walters as a straight swap. Balmer makes a mistake every time he's on the pitch, and Smith's more interested in fouling and wrestling than playing football. Sitting back against bottom of the league Carlise.
