Good luck to Andy Crosby wherever his future will be, a good coach and thoroughly decent & genuine bloke just maybe manager a step too far, never had a fair chance due to Flitcrofts appalling recruitment.

Flitcroft should be in the dugout for the rest of the season after all it’s his squad and his philosophy not Crosby’s, maybe he can show us all what a fantastic squad he has assembled and roar up the table !!

Just to wish Andy Crosby all the best, great guy and coach. Nothing will ever take away the role he played alongside DC but just not the right skillset for the manager job here. Think it’s a bit <ovf censored> of Vale that they had him take training today and then sacked him.

Who is going to apply? Knowing that DF is in total charge will not be acceptable to any reputable manager. I fear already for any applicants.
