I think Crosby's dedication to Massey will cost him his job. Why not play Plant on the right (his natural side). Chislett has to start,he's the only one who has something different in his locker.

Derby were nothing special ,one bit of arsing around cost us the match. 

We do not drive forwards when we are able to. We stop go back play it square across the back four and give teams time to re organise and get bodies back to block shots from outside the area. We are just not decisive enough. 

Look at the goal against Mansfield we drove forward and scored, look at Shrewsbury s against us they broke fast and drove forward and scored. They only had 3 shots all game and scored 2.

We are totally predictable and it is now time for change

chislet deserved to be dropped he's been cack for a while now! i agree with ACs tactics & decisions tho. Clueless

To have us messing about with uche and loft as our forwards is absolutely criminal.

If Crosby wanted loft, he should be sacked purely for that.

If you truly don't believe there was more behind DCs sacking then you have no empathy and no real understanding of mental health issues. A knuckledragger! We shouldn't still be discussing this! FFS give it a rest!

Sad times are coming back, something must change… the players are overplaying the ball it’s that simple, they’ve taken the stats of shots from certain areas and are completely losing any of their own creativity. The opportunity that Ojo had late in stoppage time… and he plays a pass, when he should just hit it!

We’ve got to be more opportunistic!

Terrible play on Vale's right and in their own half that led to their goal, basically gifted a good team an easy goal.

Derby are a good organized team who'll at least make the play-offs.

Crosby has to change things tactically/formation wise or he'll be gone, we just haven' got the players to play the wing-back system and with two strikers out injured his options are limited.

it wasn't solely down to his mental well-being if that's what your trying say! we had a great start, after he'd come back & got us promoted. And he's doing alright now he's where he's meant to be in the dugout. Carol herself told us the decision was because she wanted to give us the best chance of survival after a poor run. A run that wasn't as bad as crosbys. back on topic Ac needs to go! Don't you think???

Talking as an old PE teacher the one thing that kills yer in sport, any sport not just football, is speed in attack. Frightens defenders to death.....both Shrewsbury's goals on Saturday we wouldn't have scored because they went so quickly. Our defenders couldn't cope, mentally or physically and there you go 2-0 up. We don't attack like that, even when it's on.....slow, ponderous build up, defenders get back and don't have to make quick decisions which often end up being rash ones...like we do.
