In waht capacity should Mr Ryder be masking statements? Officially I believe he is nothing to do with the club yet and has I reckon played no part in decisions about retaining/releasing players. IMO it would be wholly inappropriate for him to comment on a business that he is not yet part of

 

And It's not really the administrators place to comment on anything other than the trasnsition to a new owner, CVA etc

 

We are in limbo but not for long..then we can really get behind Mr Ryder and he can start to make a difference

Even if KR had taken over the club he doesn't look the sort to come out with meaningless platitudes just for the sake of it.

It's a tricky one given that KR and his "people" have spoken to (at least) Richards about contracts.

 

I can understand his reluctance to speak at this time but he needs to hit the ground running next Friday.

I am of the opinion that Mr. Ryder will keep his cards very close to his chest, and so he should.

Communication, communication, communication, as the most likely new owner of the club it wouldn't hurt for KR to put out a short atatement along the lines of "I'm aware of the situation and we're working hard to exit admin, all the club's staff are doing all we can in the current situation".

I'm hoping he and 'his people' have spoken to many more folks than just MR! I think his 'silence' is absolutely bob-on, it would seem arrogant for him to be making statements all over the place, he doesn't officially own us yet. And as you already know I am convinced he WILL hit the ground running next week.

Following the recent departures and talk about Mickey a word or two from Mr Ryder would help to ease the fans worries as I bet season ticket sales have ground to a halt.
