Fantastic for the under-21s to win the Euros for the first time in 39 years.

Superb penalty (and then follow up) save from Trafford deep into injury time to clinch it, following what looked like a very soft penalty decision.

An incredible achievement to go through the whole tournament without conceding a goal (6 games).

A few must have a really good chance of getting into the main squad in the near future - Trafford, Colwill, Gomez, Madueke.

That means the under-17s, 19s, 20s and 21s have all won major tournaments in recent years.........just need the Seniors to win one now!  🙄

I thought the Spannish keeper had an incredible game. He was beaten by our fluke goal. Our Bolton Wanderers keeper Trafford came good at the end saving a pen in time added on and getting up quick to save the rebound. Worth a round of applause if he comes to PV next season. May have gone back to parent club Man City.

Hasn’t Trafford gone Burnley for £19 mil ?  Bit of a conspiracy theory that Company is ‘helping’ his former (and perhaps future) employer with their adherence to FFP - who pays £19mil for essentially a youth team player who’s first team experience is at L1 levels etc…….. However, does go to show what gems might be available in the loan market for us (if Prem teams are happy with our contribution to wages - that’s a big IF I know).

Trafford holds the record at Bolton for consecutive home clean sheets 9, Port Vale put an end to that on the 25th Feb. Who scored for the mighty Vale?
