After working for the first few home games, it now appears the website isnt automatically reducing the match ticket from £24 to £20.  God forbid I have to ring the ticket office to sort it 😫

Interesting that the 'New LS' sections are available to buy.

I assume it's a system error and doesn't look like anyone has bought one yet, but good to see the seats have been added to the system in anticipation for that side opening up. 

1426 seat capacity (not counting the 'Player section') in that half of the stand.

I'm sure they will sort it it I rarely go away games so doesn't make any difference to my points total .
I buy tickets for home games for my lad using my membership never have any trouble just click on membership first after clicking on promotional packages .
I have a season ticket and a membership card.
People who go every game or most should have 100 points for every away game there the ones who make the effort .
If only go 5 a season altogether you he lucky get a ticket if drew Tottenham in Cup for example but most folk are decent and if they ain't going they will get one for those who want go .
Give them chance no need make a drama out of it .
Your points will be restored .

Dont need to do it at all, could just rely on complaints to pick out anomalies.

Mine's been zeroed too. Maybe they're manually reviewing and correcting every account holders points tally.

If the loyalty scheme had been done right from the start of the season, would there be people who got the tickets for derby not got them, and those who could not get them be able to get them? Who knows?

Clearly they are working hard behind the scenes to rectify all problems and recognise that in the next few weeks all should be resolved.👏

Patience my friends, patience. Vale as an ever progressing club will get matters right, it simply takes time allowing for the many, many other problems Carol inherited. UTV.
