exeter tickets now on sale to those with 125 points or more.

hasnt been clarified if 125+ point fans can buy multiple tickets for people with 0 points for example. wont be pertinent for exeter but for derby burton shrews it will be. needs to be confirmed. if this is the case then the loyalty scheme falls apart immediately.

Must be honest I'm not a technophobe with pcs but sometimes the Vale site baffles me.

I was fortunate to go 43 of the 46 games last season yet have no loyalty points. How does that work? I'm a season ticket holder .

Did you buy that ST through that online account? Or give them the email address that online account is registered with if you bought the ST in the shop? Same with buying away tickets, did they take details?

What does your spreadsheet look like on the 'tickets' tab of the 'view my details' section once you've logged into the ticket site?

issues not clarified so far

- do points from last season count? i think they said no at the meeting but people have all sorts of points, 300 to 0 with no reasoning for it

- can a fan in the priority access buy tickets for fans with 0 points, or is it 1 ticket per priority fan

i put on the transfers thread that the big picture vision at the club is incredible but the nitty gritty nuts and bolts are a bit loose.

They said yes at the meeting. It works on a rolling 18 month basis.

Paid by debit card in the shop.

Every time I went an away game 20/23 I gave my address details and season ticket and purchased that way.

I mean I'll get one for Exeter I'm 100% but a friend who maybe went 8/23 has 250 points and another who went similar has 9 points

Season ticket - 125 points.
1876 club - 35 points.
Away - 10 points.
Home - 5 points.

They haven't differentiated if concession tickets like junior valiant STs attract the same number of points.

Hopefully they'll have a database somewhere where they can sort customers by # of points and then individually review the ones with 300+ or none as there's probably something not quite right there.

Perhaps we should have a thread where everyone poses these sorts of questions regarding no one knowing what the frig is going on and I'll compile them all into a pdf and send them to Mark Porter to send to Colin or Carol.

I do think there's some useful questions in here and that some points do need clarifying.

@Doha that's a very kind offer - if you could collate these, I think it's something that should go to the supporters club / football club

I don't think anyone doesn't think it's a good idea in concept - it's just that there's some key things that need to be cleared up and perhaps a FAQ style statement on the official site could do that.

My points don't add up correctly at all, I've been shortchanged with quite a lot of games even missing. Will have to reconcile later in the week when I have time and ring them.

Manually count your points lads!

feel sorry for the less techy fans.

i am just about competent with my ipad with family help but im getting confused by it all.

we have an old fanbase and many won't have a clue about points, manually checking. some will be done out of access.

again i am a massive fan of the long term vision, we had to make this move, but the details weren't sorted properly and not enough info has been provided for old codgers like myself!

the club should create an instruction manual/easy video to follow and promote the hell out of it. a tweet with a post lacking detail isnt sufficient for a mass overhaul of the ticketing system. more questions than answers at present.

I've posted previously that I have 1 point. Ive been a season ticket holder for a while, I attended quite a few away games last season and I spent loads in the Club shop. How then am I only on 1 point?  I emailed club this weekend but still awaiting response. I love Vale and openly applaud all the Club have/ are doing so I hate to moan or criticise but this system clearly is massively wrong. Someone has got to fully delve into every fans account and explain/ calculate the exact amount of points relevant to each individual. It seems Exeter tickets now on sale....how is that going to work when there are so many anomalies?  Frustrated!!!!
