People will need to sort out a techy mate, Hopefully the club will come up with an explanation of the ins and outs of the system.

major problem with starting the points last season it is retrospectively punishing people when they didn't know the system existed.

if there's a group of 6 lads, and lad A bought all the tickets as he has an account and is all set up then he's sat there on 12 million points or whatever and his mates are on zip. they all went to the same number of games.

as a result, the other lads have been punished for not predicting a system that didn't exist! these lads are now playing catch up and might have to wait 6-12 months before they can start getting priority.

fresh slate for me. if its starting this season then points start from this season. you can't reward/punish fans for accumulating points that have been retrospectively created out of thin air. ridiculous.

now we know the rules we can do it properly but wrong to do it for last season when no one knew the rules!!! get the details sorted vale. derby away this season should not be dictated by games last season when no one knew of loyalty points.

Great idea. The reveal should have been accompanied by a comprehensive FAQ document at least.

I think that this is definitely not a case of folk just moaning for moaning sake.

Already a few confused punters like myself. This is my spreadsheet below, been season ticket holder for years and as said went 20 away games last season. 

Just clarity would be good from someone.

utter shambles. well intentioned but i cant help but feel the club is doing too much stuff at the minute without making sure everything is sorted details wise. things need to be taken much much slower. i love carol and what she has done and her vision is perfect but its a long old grind to take a club out of the doldrums and i think the club has tried to improve too much in one summer. slow and steady get the basics right and build.

this needs a massive rethink within days of announcement.

I think that's a good point. If you've pooled ticket purchasing without knowing this was about to be introduced, then how were you to know at the time.

I also agree that there needs to be an FAQ document and perhaps publication of who you need to contact if you think yoour points total is wrong etc

It doesn't, they just need to sort the admin out.

If they are squared away as I'd hope they'll hire some agency admin staff for a week to man the phones and email inbox and then put out an announcement advising people to manually check their points.

need to wipe tickets before this season. ridiculous to retrospectively apply when we didn't know. i pooled tickets so have been shafted.

We clearly have teething problems , these will get sorted ( I’d predict way before anyone actually needs the points to get tickets )

It’s good to see the club delivering on something fans ( rightly ) have been asking for , looks like a bit of patience needed ( oh ! ) whilst the obvious issues are addressed

Were all the group of lads STs, how many matches did they attend, if a lot put the case to the club
