Meigh and Jackson were voted off at the EGM. Only someone who has resigned could come back and any pre 2006 Board members would not need £50k. I'm a bit worried by Charles Machin being mentioned in that Sentinel letter.
It may only be because he was vice-chairman at the time, but he backed the board at the AGM I believe, perhaps the dark secret(s) go back that far, or was he just looking after old mates?

Very possibly, couldn't believe listening to Machin on radio on the morning of the EGM the non reason that he gave for backing the board. Something about being totally against the board until the morning when he 'suddenly' decided to back them.

 

My worry is that it will be him, the good thing about if it is him is that there are many other people out there who know that he's even more madderer than of a box of frogs than Bratt.

It can be Pugh, Pugh, Barney McGrew, Cuthbert, Dibble or Glenn. Either way, none of them have got anything to bring to the table, so why bother.

 

If you're not here to take us forward, bring in some serious revenue and drive us on, then **** off we don't want you.
