Tonight's SC Meeting - Change of Venue

Bede

Recommended Posts

If anyone is planning on attending tonight's Supporters' Club meeting please be aware that the venue has now changed to Burslem Golf Club, on High Lane.

Should be an important meeting reflecting on the current situation and where we go forward.

Colin Garlick will be in attendance.

Is it possible for a question to be asked. as I live outside the area and can't get there tonight.

My question would be;

What proportion of our annual revenue comes from season ticket sales, and is Colin Garlick aware that the chairman is "not fussed about season ticket sales"?

I can answer the first bit. In the 2016 accounts the turnover was £3.215 million. The Admission charges and other match day revenue was £1.15 million. So that is about 35%.

Me thinks that's what is called smart accounting Jean. Let's use those figures being very conservative ish. Say 3500 ST @ £200= 700k. Which leaves 400k. / 400k by say £20 pay on the day walk ups = roughly 869 per home game. Give or take a few. Of course you can juggle around with the numbers to make them report what you want. If you know what I mean. Interesting to see it say "and other match day revenue"
