With a poorer side we comfortably beat Exeter away, Coventry and Lincoln at home and tanned Luton 4-0 so nothing to fear as the league can see anyone beat anyone at this level.

 

Hopefully we can just keep the points ticking over. I’d take four points from the next three games as decent.

The next two games are difficult ones. However, if Vale play with the same endeavour as Saturday they can achieve a4 points minimum. I've seen MK Dons play Bury and I'm confident we can beat them. The midfield will decide that game. Exeter are a good side and will be near the top in April. High tempo again please Vale! !!

I am not sure how the injuries to Wozza, Monty and Gibbo are fairing. Would prefer either Monty or Gibbo to cover one of the full back spots with Clarke but it would be good if all 3 at least made it to the bench.

I would welcome Gibbo and Monty all day long. Worrall has under performed all season as of yet so hopefully stick with Hannant and Whitfield on the wings with Kanu as back up.

Same side for me also, why change it? Successful sides generally make very few changes as partnerships form and understandings grow.

 

When was the last time we named an unchanged side for 3 games? We went a spell when we couldn't even name the same keeper for 3 games in row!

Looking forward to playing another fancied team, after beating the "football purists "on their own patch last week. Hopefully no knee jerk reactions should we not get a result. It'll be time to reflect on the initial 10 games. 2 good results in next week will be a massive boost.
