If he put a proper price on it (1.25m), accepting the club is probably worth less than when he bought it, then I'm confident there would be ample buyers.

 

The reason there's no one interested is how he handled the summer interest and the 'optimistic' price he's put on a club with no ground, bottom of League 2, no assets, and £3m of debt. This is his doing.
