In December we had a settled team. We lost Anderson who was solid enough (nothing we could do about that) and Gunning because of penny pinching from you know who. It's made a difference.

I can't disagree that one up front is pointless when it is Forrester up front. Put Barnett up front with him for God's sake.

I'm afraid that's nonsense - see December's results. For some reason Adpin has decided that taken the game to the opposition is no longer the way forward and would rather try to grind out an occasional point.

 

December had a different first choice 11 plus a fit whitfield, January did us for sure there is only so many times neil can swap and change, sure he will make mistakes the same as any manager but really the problems were magnified in January--he can only sign non league u23, tried something lime 20-30 defenders his hands are tied and he has been thrown to the wolves

Radio stoke said both teams had set up 442 harness behind forrester

Come on Vale - at least get more shots on goals and give the poor Vale fans a chance to cheer who have traveled down there. They are the Vale hero's.
