I think Norman will (or already has) approached Micky Adams, possibly as interim manager or director of football. Failing Adams he will (or has) turned to Brian Horton.

 

Avoid has-beens like Owen Coyle/ Ronnie Moore for sure.

One day I would love Aspo or Gareth Ainsworth back but it won't happen

What's actually funny is that if we do have the bigger budget we have the worst squad in the league.

Not so good now having that biggest budget is it?

 

I dont personally think we have the worst squad,we have a squad where a decent manager will see that we have some decent players and thats why imo managers will want to come here

I'm not sure any of the candidates mentioned already would be interested.

We are in a much weaker position now at the bottom of league 2 which also makes Smurfs valuation laughable.

 

I would think we need someone who players would respect. Someone who can coach to improve our players for this league. Someone with the gift to spot a player, especially a scorer as we will be desperate for this by January. We need a new John Rudge but who it is I've no idea.

Many former players also don't need the money.
