Must be somebody released who is still available and can do a job especially as it was said a load of players whose contracts ran out july the 1st.

 

We need to sign our own players no more loans but players who are experienced and still have years left in them. We have 4 players on loan and if they don't sign end of season that's another 4 positions we then have to find on the back of probably releasing other 1st choice 11 players (ie pugh,tongue) who will be more closer to retirement meaning we have to start from scratch again.

I do think our budget must one of the lowest in the league as we cant get targets nailed down either that or pvfc is not an attractive proposition.

 

Wilson doesn't cut it for me yates could do no worse , we need a right back,2 ctr midfielders, perhaps another forward 2 crocked already, plus our own permanent left back(no reflection on denton)

Shrewsbury fan at work just asked me if we're looking at re-signing Dodds, as there are rumours floating around there that we could be after him.

 

I bowl with several Shrews fans and none of them mentioned it last night when I saw them as they are usually full of it when they win and we lose(I'm taking some flack at the moment!lol). One of them inparticular is usually up to date on all the 'gossip and rumours' and never said owt. I hadn't noticed has Dodds not played much of a part in their 3 games so far?

Started the last 2 games and non-playing sub in the opening game. I would pay no attention to any Dodds rumours, ain't happening.
