Smurfs statement.

I get the vibe that Mr Ellis is a Stoke fan that is the only reason why he is systematically trying to destroy our club. Last season he was close to stopping a game going ahead. The police costs would be sky high for the taxpayers if that had happened. That police cost would grow even higher if he brings this club down due to his ludicrous demands. Barmy. I think Smurf should look at selling the ground and move to a smaller site which even Mr Ellis with his Stoke season ticket in his hand would find it hard to ratchet up the police costs whilst removing our income stream, the lifeblood of this great club. Blame barmy.

The best way to sort out this injustice is to ensure that Matthew Ellis is not elected next year as PCC.

Mr Ellis' majority was only 3,648. If policing at Vale is highlighted as an election issue and Vale fans are encouraged to vote then Mr Ellis could quite easily find himself out of his £75K a year job.

Forming a fans campaign to get rid of Mr. Ellis is a definite runner. It's a well paid job where you need no qualifications. They were a daft and expensive idea brought forward by Teresa May, the Home Secretary. Less than 12% of the electorate voted for these stupid posts so a nice campaign among Vale fans and their families should 1. Concentrate Ellis's mind and 2. Maybe oust him altogether.

The problem is that most Vale fans probably never elected him anyway. Stoke isn't know for a hot bed of Tory voters.

He as a PCC has done more than most in fairness and the Labour offering at the time was a Stoke councillor, which given the record of running the city isnt great either.

What will be interesting is to see if the turnout actually improves in Staffs this time? I suspect Ellis is a Burton fa if anything, BTW.

not sure if this has been mentioned but the unit and carpark is currently for sale at £1,250,000 via Louis Taylor so god holy knows why norms offer was rejected

Probably because his offer was nowhere near 1.25 million?

I think the people who are buying it plan to use the building to house their business and the car park for their employees to park on.

Who is it that is buying it though.Someone else posted that no one was yet in to buy it?
