So Mr Smurf says we are after another striker. Do we need another? or should we be looking for two fullbacks and a right winger.

Yes I heard that myself, I understand deals are often done 'cloak and dagger' but for Page to say that and then Smurf to say what he has said just a few hours later is baffling to say the least.

If they have someone in mind that would improve us then great.

Personally i think we are 3 quality defenders away from a top 6 team, thats where we should be looking.

it all depends on who's available and who could come in and be better than what we've got,no team is going to release their best players so this could be the result of an enquiry made weeks ago, we shall see.

Would be nice getting streete back and grimmer but the later is playing regularly for Fulham. McGivern made the full game today at tranmere so dicko better watch out. I would also like to see campion partnering pope up front.

It would be nice but I can't see Grimmer coming back to use now that he is playing first team football at Fulham now :). I agree with the striking partnership with pope and Campion. :).

I find it incredible that both Adams and Page were defenders yet they seem utterly incapable of signing a decent defender.

Also incredible and has been for a while that the defending never seems to improve and the same mistake keep happening which cost us goals.
