Actually having thought about it, it would be better having someone just inside the ground handing out the programmes once folk have cleared the turnstile.

 

Think being given the programme as you go in and ticket is scanned is the best way.Dont really see it will cause much of a delay.To have someone giving them out inside the ground would require more staff.

OK cheers.Will be a big help if so for many.I and many others will find it difficult to get to the ticket office in the day time due to work.

This is just what we asked for with some bonuses on top. I will be renewing again this year and it’s going to be easier to pay for.

 

The only thing left for smurf to sort for me, is the catering. I am happy to spend money at the vale, but can we sort the prices out (£2 for a coffee is daft) and have some actual stock. I am a vegetarian and all they have for me is chocolate and crisps. They are missing out on some money from the non-meat eaters.

 

Do not want it to sound negative as this season ticket offer is a cracker.

There are a few things that need dealing with and/or changing, it wont happen overnight, throwing money at the problem isnt the magic wand it sounds.

The offer isnt bad, slightly better if you already have a S/T than if you dont, as someone has already said paying on the day and paying the installments for next season may be prohibitive for some but there is never going to be an answer that suits all.

I'd like to see the fact that season ticket holders are now restricted to 50% as many turnstiles, thus causing queues, resolved. It's no way to treat those that commit financially and is frankly a knee jerk reaction to a one off problem
