That didn't take long, Mark Robbins has left Huddersfield after the 4-0 home defeat by Bournemouth, the managerial merry go round has started early this year. Who will be next i wonder.

A friend of mine is a massive Huddersfield fan, he says that the manager went because the transfers were sorted by the chairman and not him. He was talking about some crap signings last year and how fans got the feeling that it was the chairmans doing.

I've a mate who supports them too and he says the players look like they haven't had a pre-season. He said they were tactically clueless and physically well off the pace.

Wilcox was a hero last season and created a world record I believe with his 28 game unbeaten run at Scunny,how things change.I blame Jeno.:D;)

To be fair I don't think all fans were enamoured with him and some blamed him for not actually winning the league. There seemed to be a lot of disgruntled voices amongst their support regarding the manager generally when I contacted their forum to do a closed season piece.

lennon appointed manager of bolton replacing freedman and worthington resigns at york, micky to take over??????????????. probably one of the favourites.

I find the decision to take on Lennon quite astonishing given the experienced Championship managers available but fair play to him for starting out in England somewhat lower down than many may have expected. If he can turn Bolton around then it would surely lead to much greater things for him
