Dicko backs off more than Yates?? What games are you watching? Dicko gets silly yellow cards mouthing off at reffs agreed thats his problem. Yates just doesn't defend i'll keep saying it. Dicko likes a hard tackle and enjoys a battle and his 100 per cent comitted. Yates is weak he never puts a strong tackle in he gets constantly skinned and never atemps to block crosses. Dicko has more pride when playin for us for an ex stokie that shows the mans character. My choice for captain or maybe Duffy. A new solid right back is a top priority next season.

 

Top priority should be two centre backs

Aaron Martin released by Birmingham, would be a good signing to partner Duffy at CB.

 

He has played some games for Coventry so he could end up there....on that subject I see they are favourites to sign David Prutton,how they afford to pay those type of players is beyond me.

Guppy you cant admit we need a right back can you? I know Yates is your bum buddy but just admit that he aint good enough for this league. He's a liabity at this level. Admit it be a man. How many clubs will want buy pope this summer?

Good luck to John McCombe in the play-offs. McCombe and McDonald may have had plenty of weeknesses, but MA didn't sign anyone any better. Lets hope he does this time round.

 

Robertson is leaps ahead of McDonald..... McCombe would have been found out in league 1 as well. Glad he's doing well but I think that is probably his level.

Looking at Crewe's goals against column, I don't think I'd go near any of their defenders.
