UNDER 22.

 

I renewed four tickets today and my youngest lads (twins) qualified for their last discount rate season tickets until they retire as they're 21 but will be 22 by the time next summer comes!

 

Haha, Just about squeeze another year myself then. Cheers mate.

Having not been a season ticket holder this season but attended all but 5 games, every time you buy a ticket they log what you've borough against your name address etc...

 

Now I find this absolutely astonishing and just confirms that we have a bunch of incompetent idiots in the marketing department... Imagine all that rich data the club have on ticket sales, knowing all my details and every ticket I've purchased - now, not once have the club used that data to email me to try and entice me into getting a season ticket, no mailshot through the post with a personal statement of what I've spent how how much more economic a season ticket would be.... Nothing, not even an SMS. Working in marketing for a very large company, campaigning to customers reaps so many rewards for a business on many fronts.

 

If they had half a brain cell between any of Vales marketing department they would be using this data to unbelievable depths... Crazy!!!!

Or they are geniuses, because they will make more out of you if you continue doing the same.
