I like Chris lines a lot. As a footballer he's very good and technical one of the best we've had here for years.

 

For me he started the season not what I expected and then he came good and we started to pick points up. He drove forward with long bursting runs and made things happen.

 

For whatever reason he's dropped off and looks like he doesn't want to know. He will either prove his worth and come back stronger and want to play here or he won't play again all season and will be gone. I've heard a few rumours about him but at the moment they are just rumours.

 

So hopefully linesy will want it and fight for his shirt and finish the season strongly.

 

I'd certainly start Billy knott tonight against orient.

 

I would also like to see Knott given a go in the next few games as he does show some promise,also it will give us the chance to have a good luck at him and maybe get him to sign for us in the summer

Agree. Along with Jack Grimmer we have unearthed potentially 2 diamonds for us for the future, if they are available and fit Norm's budget. It may be that we are going to have to delve further into Premier Teams "young uns" if we cannot compete with high salaries. Wonder how much these 2 are actually on at their respective Clubs, compared to the likes of our squad?

Right lads...tonight I want to see passion, a quick tempo, aggression, fight and determination and most of all some ****ing crosses into the box.

 

We need to go at em and revenge our defeat down their gaff.

I always think that it is unfair to Leyton orient that they don't seem to get supported in EastEnders, we see that Billy Mitchell idiot with his West Ham flag, when from the map at the start of the programme it is likely that the fictional location of Walford might well be closer to Leyton Orient or even Millwall as the crow flies.

 

Do you refer to the same Leyton Orient that geographically should really be the new tenants of the Olympic Stadium?..............

The very same Leyton orient, yes. Previously known as Clapton Orient and for a while as just Orient. Nice little club with proper fans unlike some of their nasty neighbours, and all the very best to them except tonight.

 

We find out tonight which of our players are worthwhile and give a tozz abot their club - because Orient have everything to play for, and Vale not so much. Technically either a playoff place or a dive into the relegation area are both still possible, but unlikely.

So who is man enough to give it their all - hopefully all 11 that start, but I'll review it after the game.

Very difficult to call - could win 3-0 or lose 0-3, but that elusive draw (very scarce this season) looks a good shout and I'm going for 0-0 or 1-1, with about 4300 attending as the weather is nice.

If I'm wrong and Pope gets a hatrick in a 5-4 Vale win, I'll be very pleased.:)

Either Knott or Lines should have come in for Birchall IMO. We need quality on the pitch. For me as I said earlier I would go Lines and Knott but am equally as happy for Griff to play against a side like this, but Birchall shouldnt be on IMO. Hopefully he proves me wrong.
