I understand Smurf being as frustrated about the situation as the fans are who have ordered shirts. I can't for the life of me see it as a reason to ban the Sentinel reporter from the Press Box though. It makes no sense to me at all.

The same posters who are having a pop at us for wanting to know when our shirts will be delivered are the same posters that were on here not so long ago asking where Ryder had disappeared to, what the hold up was with the football league, why hasn't doug loft signed a contract, why wasn't the paperwork for the Hughes transfer completed before the deadline.

 

It's simple we have paid hard earned money back in june/july for a product and its approaching November and we have no idea where our purchase is?

 

I'm sorry but as the Chairman of the football club the buck stops at Normans feet, if he thinks that this is not a priority then the bloke needs a lesson in business and if he is busy(although I would question that satisfying his paying customers should be top of his to-do list) then he needs to delegate the task to one of his employees and have regular updates with that nominated employee.

I agree 100% he SHOULD.But the staff dont know much about it.Why isnt he updating his staff with delivery date's so they can then answer customers question's.If he don't know then why isnt he chasing the manufacturers up about it?

So if the shirts aren't available why are we still waiting for the vouchers? The club know who the customers are, so why haven't they issued the vouchers? It can't take weeks to print a thousand voucher and post them out with an explanation of why there is a hold up with the shirts.

It's a matter that's between the club and the customer and a personal letter would go a long way to taking some of the pressure off surely.

You cant please all of the people all of the time, only some of the people some of the time. Or in Vale fans case none of the ungreatful ****ers at any time. Some really dont deserve a club or a man who has put 2 million of his own money in, hey lets just get pratt and oliver back thats what we deserve. Its about time Michale Ego driven Baggeley was knocked down a peg or two. Dissapointed in the fella that is supposed to call himself a Vale fan that has some job there at Senile, commenting on twitter, but then again he was close to Pratt.
