Exactly none of us have as it was in the Sentinel and its not 1987 anymore.

The Sentinel need us more than we need them. They use/leech off our local football clubs to drive hits to their lousy website, they've pretty much given up on the paper version.

The fact that the Sentinel have pulled this banned trick numerous times before at both Stoke and Vale make me think the Sentinel do it on purpose. They will also milk it for all its worth, they'll put a daily counter on the front page top corner. Anything to generate a slight interest in the sentinel, seen it all before.

Come up with some new ideas sentinel. :bomb:

Can't you click on a link then??

I've just read the article. In no way is it critical of the club, in fact, I think it's very kind to them. The article quotes some of Norns tweets from the other night. It doesn't quote the ones where he says "give me a break" and "I've got far more important things to deal with". Had the sentinel wished to do a hatched job on Smurf they could easily have done. They could have made him look VERY bad. They didn't. Based on this article alone, Smurf has no right to be ****** off with the sentinel. In fact, he should be very grateful to them for going easy on him.

Thank you, George. That is the point I have been trying to make all along. There is absolutely nothing at which the club can take offence in that piece.

Smurf has already apologised for the shirts being late, more than once. Also as a nice gesture there was some discount at the club shop or a voucher (cant remember exactly) but it showed a huge deal of concern.

Martin 'Trouble is my middle name' Tribeofswill on the other hand never misses a chance to stir it up, and jumps on the side of the fence he feels will benefit his own image and cause.

So a little more patience in a difficult situation for the club which is not really their fault would be very welcome, and Mr T - do one will you please.

I think Tideswell helped to bring change to Vale BUT at a late stage,i cant forget how he was so pro Bratt only his toes were hanging out of Bratts behind,he only changed when he saw that the majority of fans were turning anti Bratt.
