Moaning when nothing has actually happened yet is priceless....

im not moaning as I havent ordered one & as far as I can see others arent moaning merely expressing concerns that there shirt wont be delivered when they were originally told it would be

My wife got me one for my Birthday which was in April, she was told that she'd get an email at the beginning of August for pick up, no delivery mentioned!

 

was also told the same will have to wait and see what happens

Why should those that live locally subsidise those that don`t, I`m sure you can get one delivered if you pay the cost.

 

But the point of it is, if we were told it was going to be delivered then that's what should happen.as i said earlier, i wouldn't of had a problem with paying extra for postage, but i was told it was in with the £55.

its not a case of subsidising anyone!

anyway, i was told they should have everything moved over by Monday, so i shall be ringing tomorrow and seeing what they have to say.

someone makes a comment on a shirt delivery and is accused of moaning, priceless! So, Spunkers, say my mate in Australia has ordered one, is it "no problem" for him to pop over to pick it up? I order Fred Perry tops online at £55 a chuck, I dont expect to drive to London to pick them up!

Your mate in australia? Not rocket science. Just ask them! Im sure they will ship it over. Infact im sure they will deliver wherever, whenever, once its been released.

There seems to be some confusion... some customers were told that it would be delivered... some told it should be collected.

Perhaps normal working practices were not established at the time of ordering.. ie. not all the staff were singing from the same hymn sheet, its quite a common mistake when new owners take on new staff. It would be advantageous if this was rectified for future sales and the club made a statement to rectify the present confusion.

If you were told they would be sent they should be sent because thats the agreement you made, its not the customers fault if the staff give conflicting statements.

thats because they know where you live and thought you could with some exercise, given yours was the only XXXXXXXL ordered :-)
