Youre clutching at straws. Really dislike the guy dont you?

 

Don't dislike the guy no, read my posts never said anything bad about the guy personally. Just don't think he will cut it at League 1. Whats wrong with that?

Why's everyone so negative about Griff when we know what he can do, but raving on about Lines when we don't. We've had plenty of disappointments from the Championship (after all, enough people would have shipped out Shuker in the close season!!).

 

Griff has never let us down and was part of our promotion team. As such he deserves a chance in my eyes. We haven't turned into Barcelona overnight. We've been promoted to the third division of English football.

 

I think mainly because Lines has L1 experience with Bristol Rovers, Sheff Wed and MK Dons, and was an important player when Sheff Wed won promotion from L1.

Griff, Lines, Loft, Mohammed, JMW, Dodds, Shuker.

 

A perfect combination of goals and defensive protection.

I dare say you will not find many better midfields in the league.

 

Exactly! You need different players for different functions. We have All bases covered now.

My point is that, as yet, we haven't SEEN enough of Lines. Shuker has played over 200 games at or above league one level, yet a lot of people don't rate him. Lines might be great, but I won't be hailing him as the second coming until I've seen more of him.

I've seen Griff and rate him. He's the the kind of guy we need around the squad and gives us options of the five in midfield.

Yeah buzzing aint the word, can't to get some big gates and decent away followings down VP for a change. Most importantly so many quality away matches. :yes:

Final peace of the jigsaw in place which will see us finish the season in top six,some of you guys are so FUNNY slating Griff off,typical keyboard football managers who know it all but know nowt,bet your the guys who said we would struggle to score goals last season and look we're that got yers ...
