Transfer targets for League 1

So guys and galls considering the lads do the last little bit of business and get us over the line, what players would you realistically like to see us target in pre-season. Personally if Torquay go down Rene Howe would be a good shout, one of the top scorers in the league depsite of Torquay's struggle. Plymouth rumoured to be interested but doubt they could afford/ compete with us if we wanted him.

Howes awful and has off field problems, Cuvelier from Stoke if available... Barnard maybe?

Could we get Barnard, would be ambitious but with Wildes and Smurf I seriously wouldn't write it off. We are now an ambitious club

Not sure about Howe, he's not a bad player but I reckon somebody younger, in the striking mould(who could learn off Hughes and Popey) which would fit in with the ethos mentioned by Smurf and Wildes about buying younger players for the future.

I thought about the lad Redshaw is it? From Morecambe, has scored a few for them and looks to have good potential. In a better side he might be a good find!

It's a pity we didn't pinch that Wallace from Pompey in January he seems to be a good player but has bigger clubs sniffing around now.

Saying all that we will need some experience IF we go up perhaps at the back and certainly in midfield. What's Wellens' situation at Leicester come the seasons end, he has been mentioned before as a possible target.

I think Birchall has looked very good for us the last few games when he's played but with Burge seemingly on his way out we'll defo need some reinforcements in there!

The very first item on Micky's shopping list should be two quality centre halves. I can't name anyone as some of you can (too much time spent playing Championship Manager maybe) but we desperately need new faces in this area.

Someone not a green-rookie but also not a past-it-veteran, perhaps about 26-28 years old, tall, quick, good on the ball. Any ideas?

Tom Barkhuizen scored 11 from the wing for a poor Hereford side last season that got relegated, hasn't been able break into the side at Blackpool

He's only 5"6 though, not tall enough for striker in league 1 maybe
