Nothing on Vale's official site yet' date=' but Northampton have been sent an initial allocation of 1150 at £20, unreserved seats.[/quote']

That's not as many as I thought they would get... Be a poor show if they don't sell that! Isn't there season away average somewhere near 600?

They will have 4500 which the Hamil holds.

It will be distributed in batches though.

If we give them 4500 straight away and they only sell 1000 its cost us money to print 3500 tickets for nothing.

I would be disappointed if they didnt bring 2000.

For people like myself who has struggled financially all season to attend games, finally get the love back and have a wife and two children (over 9), who also would like to fall in love with this great club. There is a big difference between paying £60 and an offered price maybe £25.

VTID.....

Have the ticket prices been set for this game yet.

Tried to call the Vale to find out but they've changed all the phone numbers to those rip-off 0871 ones that cost 39p/min from a mobile. Why do companies do that aaarrrggghhhhh!! What was wrong with the old number ?

Spot on!I hope the prices are reduced for this reason and it would be another nice gesture to reward fans who cannot normally go due to tight finances. We are all Vale so lets all hopefully have a party at last!!!!!

To get a 10,000+ crowd, we have to reduce prices for this one. With a season ticket, I'm paying marginally over £10 a game, which I think is good value. I remember at the beginning of the campaign we got some stick on the BBC website for having the most expensive standard ticket in the division.

Having a season ticket makes it affordable and I think this game is a great platform to sell them to some of our more casual supporters. If they can work out a season ticket price prior to the match, based on us being promoted, and announce it at the triumphant final whistle, who knows... it might add a thousand onto next season's average gate.
