I suppose everyone commenting knows as a fact that morsy is 100% fit and on great form in training and would be a better bet than James/burge right now.

 

if he was back in the team, there'd undoubtedly be a 'why is burge/James not still in the team? he's played well and didnt deserve to get dropped, why the special treatment for morsy?'

 

Come on Burt. Do you really believe that? He isnt in the team because of the tackle. Not form or fitness. The debate is whether thats the right thing to do. Because he would be at least on the bench otherwise.

I can't believe some of the hypocritical ***** being posted about "bad boy" Morsy.

 

I can't recall either f them making a challenge that was as nasty as Morsy. He went to hurt their playing. Nothing less. It was on a par with Foley's challenge on Aspin. The reason he is being punished is because he did something very similar (although not quite as bad) against Oxford and has clearly not learn his lesson. Maybe now he will. He will be back though, when Adams thinks it has sunk in, and that is good enough for me.

Morsy is a real talent and what sticks in Adams craw is that Gannon recognised it and gave him his first break and he didn't. There is no doubt in my mind that if Adams had not gone to Sheffield United Morsy would now be playing for another club.In fact, he probably will be next season. Shame on you Adams.

He has a tendency to over-run the ball then go over the top to try and get it back. A Sheff U player did the same thing Sat but never touched our player so got away with it. I can't help feeling the lad is being hung out to dry and the punishment is not fitting the crime.

Mosrey wasn't knee high, and foley when in at 90 degree so there was no give. Foley was the worst tackle ive seen at vale, and only luck meant it didn't end worse for aspin.

i just think hes giving him a cooling off period he was getting booked every game and lucky not be sent off in a few other games so it wont do him any harm to be on the sidelines for a while, i'm sure he'll be back into the team soon.

I like Morsy. He's been an integral cog in our superb start to the season! If Micky lets him slip away, he'll go onto big things without us, and will probably come back to haunt us in the future.
