I know many fans had written him off but I can confirm that I wasn't one of them as I always thought he had potential it was about him gaining confidence and showing it which he certainly has done recently. I think he is still raw but once he gets over that he will be a very good player IMO.

Any forward with pace has potential

I agree u can see it in him

Fans backing him will make a big difference

I pay a lot of money into Asda each month, when they lost top spot in the cheapest supermarket table earlier this week I went in booing and moaning demanding to see the manager.😙

Whatever floats your boat , crack on youth

Will wayne want to be with us next season

Re injured midfielders, in fairness, this time, garrity and gorgeous George were both subjected to horrendous tackles that put them out of commission

Brady confirmed Garrity is out for a period of time

That’s not much use - 2 minutes and 2 years are both periods of time…

One thing I will say about Brady is that in his 7 games I haven't seen us once come out in the 2nd half with any purpose at all and not taking it to a team,in fact i would go as far to say that we have come out and played worse in the majority if not all of them and that is extremely worrying for me

because the way we were dropping back he was worried we would end up with nothing after being done by a late goal again

In our position you HAVE GOT TO go for the 3 points no matter what imo,if we lose we lose but we lose having a right go at a team,as it stands now you might as well get no points having a crack at it than 1 point being defensive when you can still concede a goal being put under constant pressure

Burton are in our position and after the Subs of Waine and Stockley they went for it big time - I felt for Andre - up front with Brown aka Alone , what a waste . All the Vale players should watch the video of that last ten minutes and see who was going for Goal and who was relying on the Vale Defence to not fudge up for the 2nd match .  Thankfully they didnt score but gave loads of us the sheites by hitting the posts twice . Towards the end One team believe they could get 3 points , we didn't.

I wont be calling for the Shanahans to sell because thats pointless but those running the club need to hang their heads in shame with where we sit in the league and our disgraceful home form and what us fans who pay good money week in week out have had to sit through for 2 out of the last 3 seasons and the majority of us still continue to support the club.

Please dont someone say that well she has put 12-15m in,yes she has we all know that but lets not forget it is in the form of loans which my guess is that she would want a fair chunk back if she sold the club.I am forever grateful for how they rescued it from Smurthwaite but we haven't improved one jot on the pitch despite all the money, there have been a lot of errors of judgement imo along the way and oh boy have us fans suffered for it.

I wonder if the consideration is morale rather than points ; not getting beat rather than settling for a point

We all know we’re down.

In terms of the subs certain players needed to go off and there wasn’t a great deal of attacking options once Gray and Brown were already on.

I agree. At least wait until the end of the season because apart from it being a stupid thing to say there is no way we are getting rid of him before the end of this season so its pointless.

Its whether the club trust him for a summer rebuild once the season is finished

Obviously at the end of the season there is going to be a massive clear out. That then leaves us with the need to recruit, and therein lies the problem. Are we really saying that the same people that recruited our current dross are the people that are going to provide us with a much improved squad?

If we were playing bulls**t bingo I would say we have the right people, but for football, nah.

I dont get all the laughing faces to this comment but each to their own I guess

After a poor start with us he must be averaging not far off a goal every few games if not better goals to minutes wise. He's relatively quick and also energetic. In a good league 2 team he is more than capable of scoring plenty of goals if he stays confident.

Beesley is just the type of striker we should have been signing in the summer,if Burton can get him(spot him) then surely he would be in our range,he is a striker who has always impressed me on the occasions i have seen him play
