I've emailed the club to ask about the 7pm kick off time and also pointed out that it is making it difficult for loyal fans to attend.

I'll post any reply I get, if any.

Probably get a reply after the game has been played.

The offering on the pitch makes it more so difficult for the loyalist of fans to attend.

I did also mention the lack of entertainment on the pitch

That will have them perplexed. We exist, they’ll wonder what more do we want

Nobody is more negative than me and it is a seemingly lost cause this season but this window is really annoying me more than any other window before.  Yes we are 12 points from safety, we have 2 games in hand, it looks an hopeless situation but we should not have written the season off like we seemed to have and resigned ourselves to league 2.  Burton did not do this last year, Newport were 11 points from safety a few years ago with 12 games to go, it should not be like this, very depressing times to be a Vale fan.

2 games in hand - as if that makes a difference 😂😂😂😂

3 in hand on Cardiff 😉

Just a reminder to mind the gap for anyone getting the Central line to the game on Saturday.

Firstly why was that game p.p was it danger too life ,because of high winds, or waterlogged (well it didnt rain for 8 hrs surely you get a brush and brush all excess water off the pitch .

Admittedly it threw it down night prior but we should have got the game played .

Or do we have a big problem in dressing room with players who want too be off and the club thought damn we cannot play this game the fans are going be furious once again (no inside info on that just all reading between the lines and coming up with my conclusion ).

So 19.00 next tues thats not a bad time for me ,who starts at 22.00  for most though its awful start time .

On subject of Vale id love too see our overall stats in league one at home ,for last 6 campaigns im guessing ive seen no more than 12 win in 23 x 6 games .

The joys of league 1 and Vale treating it like they have moved up too prem league when most sides are much ado about nothing

Is this the first season with built in sprinklers? Has it been over watered? I know the pitch has had improved drainage but it still has a higher clay content than most grounds.

When it was first installed the drainage was really good and   pitch looked superb. This season the pitch looks bare in places and the drainage has failed. The contractors need to be brought back in to investigate and fix it.

Has the drainage failed, or have we simply had wetter weather so the drainage has been found wanting?  No idea, but I think it was always stated that the investment, significant as it was, was only ever a sticking plaster.

I think last year we had a couple of spells of really heavy rain and the pitch drained really quickly. I know its hard to get a 100% comparison, but to me the pitch hasn't looked good for a few months now.
