I can only see more of the same. Create a few half chances, miss them, concede against the run of play and then spend the rest of the game huffing and puffing with no quality in attacking areas.

 

The mind boggles. I mean hopefully Smith does the business but this 5 at the back tedium.

Absolutely zero creativity in that midfield, another huge gap between the midfield and attack, and Byers has no actual decent footballers to play off. Shipley and Croasdale showed nothing on Tuesday so how they stay in ahead of Walters and Hall is beyond me.

The sooner we get rid of Jamie Smith and the rest of Moore’s staff, the better.

Surely be more of a attacking threat with  Johnson playing though

That line up would be 16th in league 2.

I think the EFL brought in the 75 minutes before kickoff line up change just for local Vale fans so they can decide whether to attend or not ! 😎

Headley has a few goals to his name.

Johnson puts a nice cross in but no buggers there anyway.

And I'm a season ticket holder. 

The only thing I can say is that hopefully Johnson gets a few more crosses in. 

That said, I’m glad I haven’t bothered now. Can’t see beyond another defeat to nil unfortunately.

Thought Headley was poor against Bradford tbf. Whoever’s playing though we need to try and get the ball in to Stockley more.

He was playing well b4 his injury mate and is our best player down the left 

Got 2 up front today ain’t we 

I m just trying be positive on way down there 

 

 

Good to see Johnson back. 532 is not what I like to see but with our best players available in those positions we are much more of a threat. I know Gabriel would probably play but Clark is good enough to start in L1.
