Christ DM - you keep on going on about us creating chances.  Yes we create chances, but they cant convert these chances to goals.

It is if the players are purposely failing to convert them as they want DM gone.

Moore has drained the life out of the players . Even a players meeting didn’t do anything. No confidence , no passion whatsoever. He needs to go tonight.

Shame they had to cut him short.  He was spot on.

I assume as DM has just given an interview he is still in post.

He appears to have been watching another game to the other 7500 people at Vale Park this afternoon.  Morale?  Fighting? Creating Chances?

Carol has completely severed my goodwill towards her.

For context, I think she’s been brilliant and up until Stockport I was an adamant defender that Moore would turn it round. I got swept away by optimism in the Summer and truly believed she’d learned from her mistakes in 22/23 - chiefly, ignoring and patronising the fans who quite clearly understand football better than her and her Synectics/Burton Charity Wing Board of Directors.

Unfortunately, there is a deeply-held negative view of PVFC fans help by the people at the top of the club. There was a quote I was told about us being likened to the biscuits in the tin nobody wants.

It shows. The fans had completely turned against Plymouth and whilst fans are fickle, fanbases are often right. We then get lectured by Hancock, with his years of experience at Wolstanton FC and Burton’s Foundation, who tells us the stats mean we’re all wrong, they know better, and we’re a bit thick for thinking he should go. Running stats and ‘the lads are in good spirits’ were used to smite down the quite obvious facts that we weren’t a good football team at the fundamentals.

We’re now finished, and any sacking is weeks too late. Every day post Plymouth has been negligent. No sane manager will sign up to a guaranteed relegation, and no time to prepare for January.

Carol and her top team of IT experts have ignored us, again, failing to heed the exact same warnings we correctly made in 22/23. It’s unforgivable and shows that the attitude at the club towards us absolutely stinks

He might go. It doesn’t matter. The damage is done and I can’t see a route back.

Agree with every word of that

It’s been clear since his first post match interview that hes not the sharpest tool in the box.

Might have been said before, but I thought we looked alright for spells of the first half, but just pretty pedestrian in the second. Just never looked like scoring again, which is a shame after the relatively encouraging Luton match (I thought).

Pleased I watched it from the comfort of my sofa today rather than dealing with the M6 the Saturday before Christmas, I have to say.

When you say spells, you mean first 15 minutes then the next 80 minutes we were gash?

I think it is time to call Staffordshire Police in.

I think the owners are been blackmailed.

I had good vibes and was hopeful of seeing us win when I walked in the stadium with my 2 boys. All that has gone now for this season another dire Saturday. Cheers Carol, Matt and co looking forward to seeing George Hall ripping up league 2 next season.

I expected the ground to erupt in anger at the final whistle, but for a few half hearted chants it was sound of apathy that rang round the ground and that is more dangerous in my opinion, nobody gives a damn, nobody gives a stuff we know we are relegated and we've thrown the towel in Christmas week.

I think a lot of folk up and left when they scored. Not loads left at the end.

The players are bewildered and visibly p*ssed off and have been for a while now.

This will not change until the manager has gone, They may well not be good enough but at least let’s give them a chance of saving us with a new manager with more than one idea.

On a side note, How damaged must young Lomax be, On the bench to come on for Mitch after an hour and he brings on one of the poorest players I’ve ever seen and puts our best attacking threat at right back..Just ridiculously poor man management. Just go Darren I can’t take any more of this nonsense.

Nothing much else to say that hasn’t been said a thousand times. Thought today might have been different, but no.

To sum up:

No identity other than backward sideways hoof, no idea in front of goal, always got a mistake in us at the back, injury-prone players, no pace, baffling line-ups, even more baffling substitutions, absolutely no hope as the manager ain’t going anywhere.

I’ll see you all in L2, as that’s me done this season now.

I decided to have a days fishing in 5 degrees weather, rather than watch the continued crap we have been delivering.

As a season ticket holder, I can't see myself returning anytime soon.(Sadly)
